Rosemount™ Temperature Transmitter Series

Rosemount 644 temperature transmitters are versatile and available using HART™, FOUNDATION™ fieldbus or PROFIBUS™ protocols, with top, field or track mounting styles and a variety of housing options. By adding a local operator interface (LOI), transmitter configuration can be updated in the field without tools. The transmitter also includes diagnostic features such as Hot Backup™, sensor drift warning and thermocouple degradation to address different application needs.

Output signal: 4-20 mA /HART™ protocol, FOUNDATION™ fieldbus protocol, PROFIBUS™ PA protocol

shell: Field mounting, DIN A head mounting or rail mounting

Display/Interface: LCD display, LCD display with local operator interface (LOI)

diagnosis: Basic diagnostics, Hot Backup™ function, sensor drift warning, thermocouple aging, min/max tracking

Calibration options: Transmitter-sensor matching (Calender-Van Dusen constant), 5-point calibration
