Product details
  • High-voltage design for a variety of challenging applications:
    KGF: 20 bar (300 psi) CWP; optional gate available with 31 bar (450 psi) CWP;
    KGF-HP: Class 300 (51 bar [740 psi] CWP)
  • 100% bubble-level sealing ensures absolutely zero leakage downstream.
  • The double seat design ensures that the valve can flow and shut off in both directions.
  • Field replaceable elastomeric bushings.
  • Secondary seal with dynamic self-adjusting properties.
  • No interference with the flow path, eliminating turbulence and reducing pressure loss flowing through the valve.
  • There is no valve seat cavity, which eliminates the accumulation of solid particles and ensures reliable closing of the valve plate.
  • No metal parts are in direct contact with the slurry.
  • No disc or stem packing is required, eliminating packing leaks and repairs.
  • Flexible bracket (yoke) design, the stem nut can be removed from the top and can be field replaced according to cylinder drive or bevel gear drive without welding.
