Electronic differential pressure measurement Deltabar FMD72

Flowmeter

The Deltabar FMD72 electronic differential pressure measuring system is used to measure the pressure, level, volume or mass of liquids in pressure vessels or distillation columns/evaporators. The high-pressure side sensor (HP) measures the liquid's static pressure, the low-pressure side sensor (LP) measures the top pressure, and the transmitter calculates the liquid level based on the sensor input. The electronic remote differential pressure level measurement system eliminates the difficulties encountered in traditional differential pressure measurement. For differential pressure, level, volume and mass measurement in pressure vessels and distillation columns/evaporators Process connections: threaded, flange and hygienic connections Process temperature: -40...+125°C (-40... +257°F), optionally 250°C (480°F) Measuring range: 400mbar... +40bar (6...600psi) Accuracy: sensor up to ±0.05%, system up to ±0.07% International explosion-proof certification, hygienic certification

Eliminates measurement value drift caused by changes in ambient temperature

Eliminates condensation or evaporation and blockage in the pressure tube

Eliminates the high cost of heating and antifreeze (installation, insulation) of pressure pipes in winter

Eliminates the tendency of traditional system pipes and joints to leak, etc.

Multi-variable liquid level measurement: The same system provides differential pressure, top pressure and temperature measurement based on HART communication

The diagnostic function based on HART communication prompts the overall operating status of the system
