Product details
  • Suitable for turning on/off and adjusting apps.
  • Face to face consistent with ISO 5752, AS 4795 and EN558-1 13 Series Double Flange Butterfly Valve.
  • The epoxy upper seal ensures that there is no corrosion behind the valve seat area.
  • The dovetail seat locking mechanism eliminates the need for seat retention mechanisms that can loosen and corrode.
  • Depending on size and damage, the valve seat can be repaired in the field; in some cases, repairs can be made from the outside of the valve without disassembly of the valve from the main pipe.
  • All iron parts are coated with fused epoxy resin to prevent corrosion and ensure service life.
  • Lifting lugs and mounting foot points are integral with the valve body for ease of transportation.
  • Fully rated bidirectional design.
  • The top plate complies with ISO 5211 standard and is used to mount the actuator.
  • Connecting the disc to the valve shaft with a blind latch eliminates potential leak paths.
  • The valve body and valve disc structure are made of ductile iron to improve strength and reduce weight.
